The manufacturer's one-year warranty is only valid with a receipt, and the original date of purchase must be within one year. Without a receipt, the one-year manufacturer's warranty is voided and a repaired fee is assessed along with the $15.00 shipping and handling fee. Repaired fee depends on the specific model of the product and parts needed to repair the iron. All defective or broken products must be sent to H2PRO before any repair is done.
