I don’t care for the dial temperature control,when using the iron for keratin you want better settings. I also don’t like the timer that turns off the iron even when it’s in use, I’ve had to go back in on clients with a lot of hair and redo those areas because the iron had shut off. Finally the titanium plates aren’t even, they are a tight grip on one end but loose on the other which makes it difficult to know if the hair is evenly pressed. Definitely prefer the previous design.
