Returns and Warranty Policy
RETURN POLICY
1. All unused items in their original condition purchased from H2PROBEAUTYLIFE.COM can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for purchasing their own stamps for shipping and sending them to us.
2. If your product has been delivered damaged on arrival, please report it to us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will provide a return shipping label for you.
3. If there is a missing product for your order, please report it to us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will send a replacement product to you.
4. If you received wrong product for your order, please report it to us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will provide return shipping label and once we receive your returned wrong product, we will send replacement product.
Unfortunately, we do not offer Exchanges.
WARRANTY POLICY
All H2PRO styling tools include a STANDARD ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY against any defects in workmanship or materials ONLY.
A copy of the original receipt is required to process any warranty claims. Tools without a proof of purchase will be void of warranty. Products covered under the one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
- Physical damage (broken plates, handles, or hinges)
- Normal wear and tear
- Submersion of appliance in water
- Cord damage due to contact with other heated appliances, or due to excessive wrapping of the cord
- Any other physical cord damage (visible wire, ripped cord, etc)
- Misuse for other than intended purposes
- Damage due to excessive dropping or clamping of appliance
- Damage due to product build up (poorly maintained tools)
- Overuse
- Any tools purchased on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, or other third-party internet sites, or internet auctions sites.
