It is highly recommended you upload a photo of your receipt for faster processing, and a receipt is mandatory for warranty claims. You may also upload photos of your tool to supplement your service request. Service requests will receive a response by e-mail within 48 hours (excluding weekends). A customer service agent may contact you for additional information or other concerns regarding your service request. Please note that any tools purchased within a year but is without a receipt is void of warranty.
