WARRANTY

All H2PRO styling tools include a STANDARD ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY against any defects in workmanship or materials. A copy of the original receipt is required to process any warranty claims. Tools without a proof of purchase will be void of warranty. Products covered under the one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Standard warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Physical damage (broken plates, handles, or hinges)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Submersion of appliance in water
  • Cord damage due to contact with other heated appliances, or due to excessive wrapping of the cord
  • Any other physical cord damage (visible wire, ripped cord, etc)
  • Misuse for other than intended purposes
  • Damage due to excessive dropping or clamping of appliance
  • Damage due to product build up (poorly maintained tools)
  • Overuse
  • Any tools purchased on Ebay, Amazon, or other third-party internet sites, or internet auctions sites. Please call to verify authorized online vendors.

***All tools will be repaired by our trained, in-house technician. In any case that we are unable to repair your tool, only then will we replace the defective tool with a like-kind refurbished tool.***

STEP 1 – SUBMIT A SERVICE REQUEST FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#)

Please fill out our SERVICE REQUEST FORM to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We recommend that you use our online form, or you may e-mail us at online@h2probeautylife.com. Any tools sent without an RA# will not be processed by our repair center. Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) for your request to process. Once our request has been processed by our warranty department, you will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

STEP 2 – PREPARE THE PACKAGE

  • Completed H2PRO Warranty Claim & Repair Request Form
  • Defective original H2PRO hair styling tool
  • Copy of dated receipt or proof of purchase from an authorized retailer
  • A $20.00 money order/cashier check for each iron, payable to H2PRO (Standard Return S&H fee – no personal checks, $50 for international customers)
  • Return Authorization Number

 

STEP 3 – SEND THE PACKAGE

  • We highly recommend that you use a registered insured delivery service. This will allow you to keep track of your package.
  • Send to the address indicated in your e-mail.
