I've only used this straightener twice but so far it ok. Not much snagging. For the price, there should be a button to lock the straightener in 'closed' mode for storage. Also, the constant blinking green light is annoying. This light should change to a solid green light once the device is fully heated.

I haven't had any big issues with this flat iron. It straightens my hair just fine.

The performance is so consistent. I know I'll get great results every time I use it.

I Loved this iron! Unfortunately, I purchased it in May 2018 It started with a shortage in the cord I loved the iron so much I was able to work with it! But unfortunately it died in December 2018 on me. ??

This is the perfect size for my cut. I have a lower cut and I am au naturale, so I needed a smaller flat iron to grab the shorter hairs. I searched for a while and had to invest in myself to get the look I want on a daily basis. I am pleased with the results and I really feel I will get more than my money's worth. Since I am capable of doing my own hair, the price will pay off in a few uses rather than going to my hairdresser every week.

I am so impressed about this 3/10? flat iron. I have been searching for a smaller plated flat iron for years since I've been wearing a short pixie. It heats up evening, the swivel cord makes it easy to maneuver and it's very lightweight. Every short-haired girl who wants to maintain their hair between salon visits, needs to own this flat iron! Just received my Black Diamond Mikro 3/10?flat iron and I absolutely love it. It's the perfect size for short pixie styles and more. It has a great range in temperature and works well on all hair textures from fine to coarse. I highly recommend it!!!

I am really in love with this flat iron. I have a short pixie cut and simply could not find an iron small enough to curl my hair. That was before finding this gem! Now I can style it any way I want and it gives me shiny and bouncy pin curls! THIS IRON IS EVERYTHING!!! So in love!

I love this iron! My new best tool. As soon as I saw it at Bronner Bros Show, I had to have it. I have already gotten my monies worth. Wish I had bought more there at the cheaper price. I will purchase another one online though.

Brought this at the Bronner Bros Show and I'M IN LOVE!!! Typical small irons have an on/off switch so has way too much heat for the average head of hair. I ABSOLUTELY love that it has a temperature control and it doesn't take that much heat to straighten. I need more to retail in my salon.
